Helping You Live Your Best Life
Relief Delivered works with a network of physicians and pharmacies to give patients access to relief without having to leave their home, schedule time off work, or otherwise adjust their busy schedules. We know how important your time is and know that a physician office visit and trip to the local pharmacy can take up more than half of your day. Your employer sponsored health insurance and our proprietary system allows us to facilitate your remote physician consultation, fill the prescriptions ordered, and ship them at no cost to you. You save time and money and feel safe knowing we only use physicians and pharmacies located in the U.S.
Our intake coordinator will prep your file for the physician. She will gather your insurance information, take your medical history and detail your current symptoms and conditions. It is imperative that you give the intake coordinator any details the physicians will need for a thorough file review. Please have your insurance card available, list of current medications and any allergies.
The intake coordinator will then connect you with our on duty physician. The physician will confirm receipt of your file and will advise you that he will be reviewing it over the next 48 hours and prescribing appropriate medications. The prescriptions will be electronically transmitted to the pharmacy.
Once the pharmacy receives the prescriptions ordered, the pharmacy will call you to confirm your address, medications ordered & offer auto refills. We work with manufacturers to apply coupons and rebates to off set any cost to you. If there is a co-pay, you will also be offered the option to be invoiced. Once the pharmacy has confirmed this information with you, the prescriptions are filled and sent direct to you via FedEx (at no additional cost).
*Due to high demand it can take 7-10 days from your intake consult to receive the medications
